Founded in 1997, our work focuses on developing those who lead and manage in 'intellect rich' environments. We have worked with over 350 universities, research councils, professional bodies, 'think tanks', law firms, property and construction advisory practices, management consultancies and charities in the UK and internationally to help develop their leaders and enhance business performance.
Our approach to leadership development is informed, innovative, inclusive and inspiring. We work in partnership with our clients to improve the performance of individuals, teams and organisations, ideally all at the same time. We work through a network of highly experienced Associates which allows us to access a wide range of specialist facilitators, coaches and leadership development practitioners who have a deep understanding of the sectors in which we work.
Our work with experienced leaders complements our approach to leadership and management development where the design is more pre-determined.
We believe the need exists for a different approach to the development of experienced senior leaders. Increasingly experienced leaders have had a considerable amount of development during their career. For this group it is increasingly less about attending another program and much more about a highly personalized package tailored to each individuals specific needs.
We are also designing and delivering more thematic leadership programs where you need increased understanding of technology or where the context is more commercially oriented.
As leaders have become more familiar with leadership development so have their organisations. They are also increasingly seeking a more bespoke and strategic approach to organisational development. Many recognise the value of using leadership development to facilitate strategic organisational and culture change.
