The Composition, Challenges & Changes in Top Team Structures of UK Higher Education Institutions
This publication is the final report to the Leadership Foundation for HE on a major 2 year research project undertaken by Ranmore and a colleague at Kingston University into the changes landscape of top teams in UK universities. It is the first such analysis of its type in the UK and we beleive offers some helpful insights for those in or leading top teams both in the HE sector but also those in other 'intellect sectors.
